EGX REVEALS THE NEW GAMING HANDHELD, AAA TITLES AND TOURNAMENTS ALL HEADING TO EXCEL THIS SEPTEMBER.
Today, EGX in partnership with Virgin Media announces several headline attractions taking centre stage at the forthcoming four-day celebration of gaming. Visitors can expect hands-on time with the newly-launched gaming handheld Steam Deck, hands-on with the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Beta, and early playable time with next year’s release Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. In addition, there will be Esports tournaments with cash and console prizes up for grabs.
EGX is running at ExCeL London from 22-25 September 2022 in partnership with Virgin Media. Tickets are available at egx.net.
- Gamers are invited to try Valve’s brand-new Steam Deck, as 40 of this year’s hot-ticket handheld gaming PCs will be available to play on the show floor.
- Activision will be offering hands-on time with its newest instalment in the multi-million selling Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® series, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II with the Beta.
- New dark fantasy action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, due for release early 2023, will be making an appearance with hands-on opportunities available months ahead of its launch.
- Go head-to-head for a £500 prize in Warner Bros. Games’ MultiVersus. Hosted in the afternoon of the 24th, the MultiVersus tournament will let you play out your fantasy matchups in a fun head-to-head fight for victory on the EGX floor!
