Dovetail Games, the developers behind the fantastic Euro Fishing game have today announced their new and most realistic fishing game yet, Fishing Sim World.
Fishing Sim World will combine realistic game physics and accurate fish AI for an authentic fishing experience that will have you hooked from the start. It is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 18th.
Whether you are a fishing beginner or pro, Fishing Sim World will have something for you all as you upgrade your skills and equipment. You’ll also be able to fish with up to 3 friends in multiplayer. You and your friends can also compete in live tournaments against opponents from around the world, competing in a series of events as you fight for the right to be crowned Fishing Sim World champion.
There are 18 species for you to try and catch, and you can also take your boat and fish from wherever you like. You’ll need to learn how the fish adapt and behave in different environments. The game is fully licensed. You’ll be able to choose from hundreds of rods, reels and lures, from names such as Bass Cat Boats, Bill Lewis (Rat-L-Trap), Duckett and Korda, as well as many more offering thousands of different combinations to find the winning formula. Locations include from the glacial Lake Boulder set in Upstate New York to the sun-kissed Lake Johnson in Florida or the famous Gigantica Main Lake in France to a challenging stretch of the UK’s Grand Union Canal.
