Former Liverpool and current Barcelona star Luis Suárez has today been revealed as the European cover star for PES 2018.

Luis Suárez has made over 100 appearances for Barcelona, scoring over 100 goals, making him one of the best players Barcelona have at this time. Luis Suárez is a massive PES fan himself, stating:

I’m a big fan of PES, so it’s a real honour for me to be on this year’s cover. Every year this game gets better and better and the work put into making PES 2018 really shows. I can’t believe how real, and lifelike I look in this year’s game. It’s simply amazing.

Jonas Lygaard, Senior Director Brand & Business Development at Konami Digital Entertainment B.V was equally as happy to have Luis on board, commenting:

Luis Suárez is to us the best and most complete striker in the world with a history that speaks for itself – we expect to see him break top scoring records in the upcoming season.
