Esports entertainment company BLAST will host its first Rocket League arena event of the year, the RLCS Major Birmingham, which welcomes some of the world’s best Rocket League players to Birmingham. Over the final weekend of March, the teams will compete for the first trophy of the RLCS 2025 Season in front of a live audience.

The large-scale event will be a chance for esports enthusiasts to rub shoulders with fellow fans, whilst watching their favourite teams battle it out to victory in a showdown that is sure to kick off the season in style.

Rocket League is a multiplayer video game that sees two sides battle against each other in car-based football. Now in its fourteenth year, the RLCS is an annual Rocket League esports tournament delivered by BLAST.

It consists of two online qualification splits in several regions, with teams earning points towards qualifying for midseason tournaments known as Majors and the Rocket League World Championship, both of which are held as LAN events worldwide.

It’s shaping up to be another amazing year of competition with an increased total prize pool of $5,000,000 for 3v3s, and for the very first time a 1v1 competition strand.

RLCS is taking place at the bp pulse LIVE, the multi-purpose indoor arena with a capacity of over 15,000, which is located at the National Exhibition Centre in Solihull, just outside of Birmingham.

Standard tickets are now available for Saturday and Sunday starting at £33.25, or £90.40 for weekend tickets.

Don’t miss this opportunity to see some of the biggest esports players in the world go head-to-head in a purpose-built arena that offers outstanding views of all the action from every seat.
