The penultimate episode in the trilogy is out now
Airing on YouTube and across other media platforms, episode 2 follows Shadow the Hedgehog as he dives into his tragic past to confront the origins of his haunting nightmares of conflict and loss. In Episode 2, Shadow’s search for answers brings him into the crossfire with his allies and Dr. Eggman, making him question if his quest for closure is worth the risks that accompany it.
The third and final episode of the prologue to SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS: Dark Beginnings airs on October 10, 2024.
Sonic X Shadow Generations follows Shadow the Hedgehog as the protagonist of the game’s plot, which runs parallel to the events of Sonic Generations (2011), past meets the present as shock events see Shadow travel through levels from previous Sonic games to face his archenemy Black Doom.

Those who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition can play the game three days early and receive additional content.
