Heading to Paris anytime soon for a romantic break? Well, Paris is the scene for a lot more than romance as the wonderful folks at Virtuos have opened up a new mobile game design company, right in the heart of the city.
Situated right by the Notre Dame cathedral (not jealous one bit!)… this will mark a new milestone for the company, who have a lot of history in both videogame and film content such as Arkham Asylum, Heavy Rain and Assassins Creed. Leading the company in Paris will be industry veteran, Jean-Baptiste Fleury, who has 15 years of history and worked on leading brands such as Pokemon, Mario and Zelda.
If you want to see some of his most recent work, we recommend you checking out Carbon Warfare, available now for both iOS and Android. Speaking about the new company, Gilles Langourieux, CEO and founder of Virtuos had the following to say:
The Paris Notre Dame studio allows us to leverage creative talents in France as well as to attract international talents who would like to experience the historic Paris,
We’d like to wish the new Paris-based company all the best for the future. Are you excited about Virtuos’ new base in Paris? Let us know in the comment section below.
